Introducing The Grill at The Wigwam

In late September, the Grille on the Greens at The Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa closed for an extensive renovation. After more than $900,000 in improvements, including a new look, a new chef, and a new menu, The Grill at The Wigwam was born.

The Grill at The Wigwam is a comfortable restaurant that serves casual cuisine with a contemporary flair. The new interior combines the resort’s Cowboy heritage with the outstanding views of The Wigwam Golf Courses.

And The Grill’s new chef, Dushyant Singh, has created a new menu that promises to be an outstanding complement to the other dining options at the resort. Specialties include Flat Iron Steak with Thai Basil Marinade, Chicken Roulade with Sweet Potato au Gratin, and Striped Bass with Wilted Pea Sprouts & Maitake Mushrooms.

The renovation is the latest restaurant project completed at The Wigwam. In September 2007, The Arizona Kitchen reopened after a $400,000 renovation, and in March 2007, Red’s Steakhouse was added as a brand new dining choice at the resort.
