The first Wine Society meeting will be held on Saturday, September 15 and will feature the wines of Truchard Vineyards, a small family-owned winery in the Carneros region of Napa Valley. Meetings will be held from September through May and will highlight a new winery each month. They will also serve as a preview for the new series of Winemaker Dinners to be held in the Arizona Kitchen.

To cultivate the interactive and social aspects of the Society, the website, www.WigwamWineSociety.com, will feature evolving content, photos from the latest events, wine tips, and a forum where members can ask Sommelier Rick Fizz for personalized wine pairing suggestions.

The Wigwam Wine Society will help maintain the resort’s historic role as an epicenter of local social life and become an important attraction for proactive individuals in the community interested in indulging in the finer things in life. For more information, call 623-742-7337.
